I started Honeycomb Lane to address a need I found was lacking in the local housing market – fully updated homes with functional floor plans offering single floor or multi-generational living for buyers planning for aging in place. More than 1 in 5 residents in Connecticut will be aged 65 or older by 2035, and the current housing stock does not adequately support the changing mobility and accessibility needs of our aging population.
